  • Payment deducted but entry not confirmed
  • System error during transaction
  • Draw cancelled by admin
  • Duplicate payment by mistake

  • Normal participation in Lucky Draw
  • Not winning the draw
  • Change of mind after payment
  • Personal financial issues
